I wanted to share this page off my desk calendar because Becky just went through the same kind of nonsense recently of dealing with a droid on the phone.
She called our insurance to find out why they were denying my doctor visit.
Droid: Thank you for calling the droid network. I will list off a plethora of options for you to choose from so I may decide how to direct your call. 

This call will be monitored for quality assurance.

Push 1 to answer 20 more questions.
Push 2 to answer 40 more questions.

After 20 minutes the droid told Becky to spell her name to verify who she is.
Droid: Please spell your name so we can know it's really you calling.
Becky: B-E-C-K-
Droid: That does not compute. Please repeat.
Becky: B-E-C-K-
Droid: I'm sorry. Please speak slower.
Becky: B... E... C... K... Y...
Droid: Thank you. Now please spell your last name.
Becky: GU
Droid: I'm sorry. Please speak slower.
Becky: G... U... E... R... T...
Droid: Thank you. Is your name B-E-C-K-Y G-U-E-R-T?
Becky: NO! I wasn't done yet!

Droid: Push 1 if you are calling to talk to someone. Push 2 to start over.
